We are looking for a Personal Trainer with Part-time or Full-time availability. An ideal candidate should have plenty of experience working 1-on-1 with clients in a health club atmosphere.

What You’ll Do:

Perform 45 and/or 60 minute Personal Training sessions with members using functional training as a base model for member exercise plans.
Implement a comprehensive exercise plan for each client and promote Fit Factory programs, products and services.
Establish and maintain communication with clients to ensure client retention is high and client results are high.

What You’ll Need:

Strong knowledge in all aspects of Personal Training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills
Strong knowledge and experience with functional training
6 months to 1 year of Personal Training experience is preferred
Minimum 1-2 recent work references

Compensation:

Competitive Hourly rate based on experience and skills

Compensation: $18.00 - $50.00 per hour
